The present study was conducted with the aim of understanding the process of deinstitutionalization of marriage among people who have experience and familiarity with this issue and their main motives for doing such a practice with a qualitative approach and phenomenological method. For this purpose, semi-structured and in-depth interviews were conducted with 14 young people from Shiraz province, and a purposeful sampling method was used to select them. After analyzing the findings, 12 main themes in their experience are: change in life and habits as a platform for the formation of bad conditions and reluctance to permanent marriage, duality of feeling, lack of life skills and Experimental marriage, sexual attraction and need, celibacy, circumventing family law, value deconstruction, distorted identity, replacing calculating activism with determinism, encountering the other and rethinking experience are the central and common themes of people in connection with white marriage as a component of Western lifestyle in this study. The participants mentioned about turning to this marriage, the lack of belief in formal marriage, freedom of choice and right to the body, lack of job security and sufficient income, more familiarity and lack of trust have been the most important interpretations of the formation of these relationships.
