Administrating family and work in the light of Islamic style of life

Abstract
Due to the development of urbanization and social activities, those in charge of the family spend most of their time outside the house. In order to acquire knowledge and skills and go to work for economic activity and the like, men have less time to spend with their families in the house. Nonetheless, man’s house as the secure shelter comprises the ground for the formation of his family. The rise or fall of a society stems from the family. In what follows, the author goes to present some high style of life to harmonize the family life with the work outside. This balance is suggested according to the Islamic style of life.
Having made use of the data of discipline of administration and Islamic ideas on social issues, the author has tried to get compound findings through intellectual and professional analysis. Then he has gone to examine those findings through descriptive and analytic methods.
Due to the significance of family relations and the scope of those relations from one side and the importance of the work for the betterment of life and social progress from another side, a spectrum of combinations between the two lives are suggested: such as a life of no agenda, taking no heed of life at all, family centered life, work centered life, and a balanced life. According to Islamic recommendations, a balanced life which takes heed of the two is highlighted. 
The conclusion is that the officials of an Islamic society are expected to do their best to establish a balanced life between the family and work. Continuous effort, continence, acting moderately, confidence in God, and prayer are the most important mechanism to reinforce a balanced life.
