Abstract
Attaining tranquility is a fundamental concern for humans, which, according to some scholars, is achieved through inner unity. One of the effective tools that plays a decisive and influential role in fulfilling this vital human need is the selection of a lifestyle that ensures peace—one that, with the aid of spiritual forces, can create a calm existence. To achieve this goal, mysticism, with its long-standing history, is one of the prominent approaches that leads humans to inner unity. This study hypothesizes that in the scheme of a spiritual lifestyle, there exists a significant relationship between mysticism and spiritual health. The aim is to provide an explanation of how this influence occurs through an analytical-descriptive method.
