Abstract
This study, adopting a descriptive-analytical approach and leveraging various sources such as articles, theses, and databases, examines the role of talent management systems in shaping the organizational lifestyle within educational centers. Findings reveal that a structured talent management model, encompassing 8 key areas and 16 concepts supported by a comprehensive scientific and operational system, can significantly enhance talent development across multiple organizational dimensions. By effectively implementing a talent management system, it becomes feasible to cultivate outcomes that integrate intelligence, creativity, and talent-based skills, leading to the institutionalization of insightful, attitudinal, and behavioral methods. Ultimately, this approach fosters a new organizational lifestyle rooted in productivity and innovation.
